Role :

1 Development of new Bias (OTR, OHT/Industrial, Farm / ADV) & Radial (OTR, OHT/Industrial & Farm)

2 Continuously plan cost reduction and progressive implementation at all Plants.

3 Support Mktg/OEM/PM's for Launch of New Product developments, solving customer complaints; providing technical inputs.

4 Product Homologations/ Certifications to meet International Supply requirements.

5 Inter Plant Coordination on all new product development activities and technology matters.

6 Implementation of Techniques and methods to reduce time to market the products. Upgradation of existing products
