Design Head - Architecture/Interior Design

Key Function : Lead a large Spatial Design team which comprises of Spatial design, social design and work space design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the thought process of the social design through planning, mix, interior design lighting, graphics etc.

- Selection and appointment of interior designers and specialist consultants like lighting, kitchen and acoustics

- Review the design and drawing from the consultants at every stage

- Lead and mentor the interior design team dedicated to social design and hire the talent for future expansion

- Bring in new experiences and global best practices to be adopted Finding innovative ways of monetizing the social spaces through effective design execution.

- Work with revenue team to enhance the current social design comprising of lobbies, food halls, fine dining, wellness, art, event etc.

Education : Bachelor/Master in Architecture

Exp : 10-12 yrs of work experience

- Atleast 5+ years working in an international work environment designing retail, restaurants, social clubs etc.

Current CTC : 40-45 lacs
