Role : TA Manager would work very closely with business leaders to drive the TA agenda across the organisation and responsible to drive initiatives for talent management across levels. TA manager will work closely with the hiring managers and leadership team to build and execute against a longer-term Talent Acquisition strategy to deliver the necessary talent to help organization achieve its business objectives. The person performing well here can find opportunities to grow vertically up the ladder and move from an Individual contributor to a team handling role. Job Description : 1. Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes. 2. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. 3. Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents 4. Plan recruiting strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience and management 5. Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers 6. Use social media, job boards and other advertising campaigns to improve Org's employer brand 7. Manage external recruitment firm relationships 8. Lead and own the Recruitment cycle for Leadership hiring. 9. Deliver MIS reports to the Leadership team. 10.
