- The Sales Manager takes primary responsibility for growing revenue from among a defined set of Parity Cube top merchant partners and add new potential partners who would directly contribute to Company's bottom-line.
- This responsibility includes sales of advertising, negotiation of commissions, integration of partners with new product opportunities, and ongoing relationship management.
- The total portfolio of partners represents 8-digit annual revenues for the company, and aggressive growth targets are set every quarter. The Sales Manager is supported by several teams that provide account management, technical assistance, analysis, and operational execution. The position reports to the CEO.
Job Description :
- Manage a portfolio of merchants contributing to 70% of annual advertising revenue.
- Bring an expert level of understanding of the performance-marketing industry to provide strategic advice to partners
- Understand merchant business objectives and develop strategic plans to fulfill both internal revenue growth goals and client marketing objectives.
- Understand business objectives across all Parity Cube properties and products and effectively present opportunities to partners.
- Foster strategic relationships with key decision makers to generate additional revenue opportunities
- Work directly with marketing, operations, account management and executive teams to provide high level of service to merchant partners
- Deliver against quarterly revenue goals
- Represent Parity Cube at industry conferences
- Work cross functionally with product, customer operations and operations teams to resolve issues
- Maintain high value customer relationships over a long period of time.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and regularly report on progress
- Travel regularly to meet with top partners
- Collaborate with other business units to create and improve offerings
- Obsession with Revenue numbers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
