Role & Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute successful Search engine Optimisation and App Store Optimisation strategies
- Ability to Manage the team of SEO Specialists
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Has knowledge on App Optimization techniques (Install, Retention, Crash Analysis)
- Has knowledge about the App review, App store ranking check-up, App review optimization strategy
- Optimize website content and landing pages
- Direct Off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Has command to handle the On-page optimization projects
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects periodically
- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Has Business insight capability for foresight growth
- Has experience on to work target oriented project
- Has experience to handle the more than 10K index pages website
- Should aware with latest and Past Google Algorithm changes
- Should have knowledge to do analysis on User experience tools
- Perform competitors research to gain market insights and identify new opportunities
- Measure and report performance of website rankings and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Will be responsible for growing apps and website organically, on Google Play, App Store and Web
- Manage workflows covering keywords ranking & conversion rate optimization, managing requirements for designs, content, localization and A/B Testing
Requirements & skills :
- Proven experience as SEO Manager
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Experience with ASO & SEO Tools, such as ; Google Firebase, App consoles, Mobile Action, App Tweak, App Annie, Sensor Tower, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Keyword Planner, Google trends etc.)
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMrush etc.) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best SEO practices in online marketing and measurement
- Has 3 to 4 Years' experience in digital marketing
- eCommerce experience will be preferable
