Senior Human Resources Specialist
Responsibilities:
Bulk Hiring & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and attract top talent for large-scale hiring campaigns.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
- Manage the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee records and data accurately and securely.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage employee separations and offboarding processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and other departments to support HR initiatives and activities.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of employee onboarding, engagement, and offboarding best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (if applicable)
