QAonCloud is a pioneering QA outsourcing as a service platform that enables global small and medium software product companies hire full time, secure QA services online. The customers can not just hire different types of QA services e.g. manual, automation, non-functional but also get all the work done online, get analytics and manage invoices online. The pricing is 1/3rd that of crowdsourcing marketplaces because of online customer acquisition and outsourcing offices based out of small towns of India.
QAonCloud started in Apr 2014 and the cloud platform was launched in Apr 2015. In the past one year we have built the product, got long term paying customers, built capacity and got the product-market fit. We have also been invited to Web Summit to exhibit. We now want to scale up QAonCloud and need someone with strong sales background using the SAAS business model to head the business.
QAonCloud is currently a business unit of DesiCrew Solutions Pvt. Ltd. which is backed by two VCs and is incubated at IIT Madras. We are raising seed for QAonCloud and are in talks with Tier 1 VCs. WE have two strong SFO and NY based successful ex entrepreneurs on our Board of Advisors.
Job Description :
- P&L responsibility
- Manage customer relationships
- Scale up QAonCloud and deliver sales
- Manage Inside Sales, outbound sales, affiliates and re sellers (there is no feet on street sales)
- Marketing head, QA Practise head and product head will report into the business head
Requirements :
- 12+ years of experience with at least 6 years in sales
- Ideal candidate would have worked in a company that uses the SAAS business model for sales
- Tier 1 education
- Passionate about building a new disruptive innovation business
