Roles and responsibilities include the following :

Should be able to develop and operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organisation.

Should be able to conduct fund raising strategies for the organisation.

Should be able to forecast,monitor and track cash flow(weekly,monthly,quarterly etc)

Able to develop and execute a business plan for the organisation.

Investigate and learn business issues and data challenges of the business.

Should be able to identify business strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement.

Preferable Qualifications :

IIT and then IIM with around 2 years of experience.
