Responsibility:  - Areas of product coverage include Structured Rates, FX and Hybrids: primarily Asset Side structuring for Asia, and Liability side for certain regions.  - Indicative Pricing/Product updates: Send frequent indicative pricing/new product ideas/weekly updates to sales Asia to generate interest in products  - Price FX, Interest Rate, hybrids and inflation linked products: Structured Notes, Index Linked Swaps/Notes, OTC options, etc for clients such as Sovereigns, Banks, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Mutual Funds, Corporates, and PWM clients, etc.  - Create client pitches.  - Documentation: Create termsheets, confirmations, and internal risk policy / committee papers for the products described above.  - Over time take ownership of trade idea generation, new product development and deal execution. Also work on restructuring opportunities of underwater trades.   Skills:  Only IIM/IIT candidates  - Candidate with quantitative and analytical skills, relevant work-ex in quantitative finance preferred  - Blend of technical know-how (eg math/engineering background) and firm grasp of basic economic principles (eg economics background)  - Preferred 1- 5 yrs exposure to the finance industry – in derivatives structuring / trading  - Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills; prior experience with VBA is a plus, not essential though  - Structuring experience and/or economics knowledge is a plus  - Team Management  Contact - suparna@ikyaglobal.com
