- Must have expertise in Future Trading or Screen Trading or Derivative Trading,

- Derivative Trader is required to plan and develop strong trading techniques with the help of which trading can be carried out easily.

- Derivative Trader needs to develop trading processes keeping in mind the company policies.

- Derivative Trader is required to understand all the trading techniques thoroughly and utilize them for the benefit of their organization or clients.

- Derivative Trader needs to have complete knowledge about the relative value trading as he is required to work on it for performing various trading tasks.

- Derivative Trader is required to work on different trading platforms depending upon the client he is working with and the trading tasks he is performing. Thus, he should have -complete knowledge about various trading platforms.

- Derivative Trader needs to analyze the price patterns in order to carry out the trade efficiently.
