Job Purpose:
- HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in driving business success and organizational excellence. The primary objective will be to enhance productivity through designing KRAs, and aligning costs effectively with business objectives. They will lead performance administration, talent management, and develop tailored strategies to optimize the talent mix, ensuring a workforce aligned with business needs. Crafting right compensation strategies and identifying bespoke training needs will foster continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- The influence will extend through constant collaboration with the Business Heads, HR stakeholders and HR professional services team to ensure strategic business alignment

Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong thought leadership and influence stakeholders at the leadership level, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Analytical problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and drive transformational initiatives during leadership changes.
- Expertise in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives while ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in talent development, performance management systems and data analytics for informed decision-making in HR process
