Job Title : Transaction Banking Sales

Grade : DVP

Department : Transaction Banking

Location : Bengaluru

CTC : 20-25 lakhs

Position Purpose : 

Provision of offering Working Capital Solution experts for Trade (including structured trade), Cash Management and Digital Banking. The role also includes sourcing of liability names for growing CASA for CIB and CB clients and would help in giving a competitive market advantage in the area of Transaction banking to meet budgeted targets.

Position Responsibilities : 

Sr. Key Responsibilities : 

1 - Sales origination to generate revenues as budgeted

2 - Promote new product offerings including cross sell to existing and new clients

3 - Contribute towards the development and implementation of sales strategy for South India ensuring coherent communication both externally and internally

4 - Build up more operating accounts and grow CASA

5 - As a key contributor for building Transaction Banking business for South India, identify client needs and translate them into TB products and services.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications : 

Essential - Post Graduate preferably in commerce / finance

Experience : 

Essential - Postgraduate with at least 10-12 years of working experience with at least 5+ years sales experience

Skills:

Skill Attribute : 

Functional:

- In depth knowledge in Cash Management, Digital Banking and Trade (including structured) products

- Local market awareness - Credentials would be an advantage

- Experience working with Large Corporates, Mid Markets and MNCs.

Behavioural :


- Excellent communication skills

- Sound analytical and interpersonal skills

- Team player
