- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Change Agent with over 10 years of experience in the areas of Project Management,
- Process Re-engineering, Quality Management & Team Management.
Job Profile :
Project Management : Responsible for preparation of functional requirement specification, User acceptance testing of the new developments in applications used for in Cash Management applications and Government Banking.
- Design and Implementation of new process for new product launches.
Process Walk-throughs and Improvements : Scoping of processes, re-engineering of process to improve operational efficiency through quality tools, installing controls to arrest errors and mitigate risks.
- Training Business and operations teams on new functionalities developed in the application.
- Preparation of Process documentations and timely updations.
- Certified Six Sigma Black and Green Belt Change Agent with 10+ years of experience in the areas of Project Management, Process Re engineering, Quality Management & Team Management.
- Distinction of steering improvement initiatives with focus on streamlining operations with proactive planning, introducing new concepts, steering change, etc. through use of methodologies like Lean & Six Sigma.
- Demonstrated experience in practical implementation and on-going success of Six Sigma Methodologies.
- Possess a clear understanding of the industry, technology trends with distinction of instituting Quality Control techniques to achieve process excellence.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, leadership, decision making, problem solving & organizational abilities.
