Deputy Vice President - Legal - Wholesale Banking

- Sound knowledge of Drafting and Vetting Facility Agreements, Syndication Agreements, Consortium Agreements, ECB Facility Agreements, Buyers Credit Facility Agreements, Working Capital Facility Agreements for products like WCDL/Export Packing Credit/ Post Shipment Bill Discounting/ Bank Guarantee/ LC etc. and should be able to identify the risks in each of these products and documents.

- Product documentation like Vendor Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Factoring, Bill Discounting, Sell down of loans etc.

- Vetting of documents like BG/SBLC etc.

- Sound knowledge of drafting and vetting of security documents like Mortgages, Hypothecation, Pledge, Lien, Security Trustee Agreements, Inter-Se, Inter Creditor Agreements.

- Litigation i.e. experience of handling DRT Applications, Civil Suits for recovery, SARFAESI proceedings etc. will be an added advantage.

- To assist, advise and support the wholesale banking business (Corporate banking, Trade, Capital Markets , International banking, structured lending etc) of the Bank for their specific legal queries and legal documentation requirements

2. Drafting, vetting, review of corporate credit documentation like Loan agreements, security documents like mortgage deeds, pledge agreements, deed of hypothecation, and all other loan/facility and security documents.

3. Addressing queries (raised by internal stakeholders) from legal perspective

4. Research on legal issues - tracking new developments in legal field related to banking and finance sector.

5. Structuring transactions from legal perspective.
