HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Promote a positive, inclusive culture through initiatives that uphold company values.
- Enhance diversity, employee well-being, and engagement across the organization.
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure employees meet organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support for employee development plans and career path.
Team Management:
- Manage and mentor a team of 7-8 HR professionals.
- Drive team performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR service
Profile:
- Minimum of 12+ years in HR, with significant experience in scaling and building brands.
- MBA is mandatory.
- Preferably from Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance, or organizations known for excellent people policies and culture.
