Deputy Vice President/Head - Operations - Collateral Management - BFSI

Role : Head - Operations

Department : Collateral Management

Reporting to : Head-Collateral Management

Responsibilities :

- Monitoring and managing the daily operations effectively by ensuring strict implementation of TAT across processes

- Develop a strong understanding of the systems and SOPs that support the operations and continuously evaluate existing processes to enhance them or develop new ones to increase the efficiency of activities and reduce operational risk.

- Support the operations team on field to effectively troubleshoot operational issues.

- Responsible for investigating and resolving business and application related issues and presenting findings to higher management.

- Liaising with team members, and other officials on the field on different matters including operational challenges, pending issue, manpower planning and deployment, collections; training aspects as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.

- Identifying new business opportunities and developing a better understanding of emerging trends and developments in warehousing and collateral management industry.

- Function as subject matter expert to communicate business requirements in the context of these systems and in efforts relating to collateral management tool building project teams.
