We are hiring DVP in digital Partnership role for a leading Insurance company ,

- The role holder should have the ability to manage Digital partnerships with, efficiently organize Insurtech processes and create/execute plans aligned with organizational objectives
- To plan proactively, establish key priorities, allocates resources efficiently,
- Implements and monitors plans constantly to track progress and makes adjustment basis need to accomplish desired goals.
Strategic Business Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnerships with Insurtech companies, digital platforms, and other relevant players in the digital ecosystem.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital partnerships, including joint marketing initiatives, product integrations, and channel expansion.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the digital insurance space.
- Analyze market data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of digital partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives for digital channels.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices related to digital insurance sales and distribution.
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with digital partnerships, including fraud and cyber security.
Experience : Minimum 8 yrs in Digital channel in Insurance
