1. Primary and secondary target achievement (Value) for assigned territory.
2. Primary & Secondary Sales - Category wise & Total Target Achievement.
3. Month wise Distributor wise Secondary Sales Planning & Execution.
4. Plan & Execute various Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half yearly Promotion Schemes to achieve desired result.
5. Channel Quantity Development through Increasing Channel Coverage.
6. Channel Quality Development through Dealer Consistency & Dealer Quality Upliftment.
7. Regular fortnight business review with Distributors using Task sheet & DWSR.
8. Distributor Sales Staff marketing functioning & Dealer Servicing monitoring.
9. Training of Distributor & their staff to restrain from unauthorised sale and maintain Channel Hygiene.
10. Monthly Market Feedback & Analysis Report.
11. Tour Reports post every market visit.
