- Drive Process Management in the Organization - includes Process elimination, New Process Design, Process Documentation, Process repository
- Control Automation - Identification of existing process controls and transforming those to automated controls, removing redundant controls
- Drive Large Scale improvement Projects with focus on improving productivity and process efficiency and saving of cost
- Act as a catalyst in Requirement gathering from various stakeholders, creation of Business Requisition Documents, download it to the IT team for quicker and faster implementation
- Eliminating the Operations check and Sales data entry through implementation of IT techniques - OCR, etc
- Co - ordination with multiple stakeholders viz - Product, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Customer Service to ensure closure of projects
- Incessant follow - up with IT teams, Product teams and other stake holders for performing UAT and closure of action points
- Risk identification and Risk mitigation during new process design, automation and also in the existing processes
