Deputy National Sales Manager - West & South Region
Directing the conceptualization & implementation of competitive strategies for generating sales, developing as well as expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
Should have West & South region exposure in sales.
Steering diverse responsibilities, including strategy planning & execution, new initiatives & operations across various stints with the group.
Maximizing the sales opportunities, proactively creating new opportunities, developing & managed relationships with industry partners and working with them on business growth opportunities beneficial to all parties.
Formulating & executing corporate strategic plans, executing high-level strategies, making high-stake decisions and tackling mission-critical business challenges; structuring the business operations for the profit center with a view to attain business excellence.
Providing in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors & clients to improve strategic planning & decision making; fostering a culture of operational excellence through transformation of organizational culture, systems and processes.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School. 15-20 years of experience in sales for West & South region
