We are hiring for the position of Deputy National Sales Manager with one of the leading organization
Experience : 12+ years
Location : Delhi
Age Criteria : upto 40 years
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop sales plan and strategies to increase market penetration PAN India
- Collaborating with Regional Managers to establish and execute a sales goal for PAN India
- Set the vision and develop and adheres to a business plan to attain the company's mission
- Evaluate market trends in the general trade and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
- Manage PAN India team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals for General Trade
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to wholesale general trade market
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets with the team
- Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Geographical knowledge of region with experience in establishing wholesale/distribution network
