KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DIGITAL MARKETING BLUEPRINT AND PRACTICES PLAN:
- Define the overall digital marketing strategy and therein, define the plan for each practice covering search, display, affiliates, mobile, ecommerce, content and social media. This will cover all proprietary digital assets and across our digital footprint on third party assets
- Build category leadership through effective execution of overall strategy
INTEGRATED DIGITAL MARKETING:
- Leverage various platforms like Advertising platforms, listening tools, Campaign management platforms, Social platforms and alike, to orchestrate successful campaigns across the entire digital ecosystem
- Create and execute integrated digital marketing plans to drive business and brand objective
TRAFFIC AND ACQUISITION :
- Own and leverage all managed marketing channels including: email, organic search, paid search, affiliates, app download campaigns, display advertising, and paid and social to drive traffic to digital assets
- Leverage originated traffic to drive campaign metrics
CONTENT MARKETING :
- Create and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to build psychological size
- Leverage content to drive influence through social media platforms and relevant third party platform
PERFORMANCE MARKETING :
- Drive analytics implementation & usage across all digital assets and leverage BI to improve output metrics
- Own reporting and analysis of campaigns, showing total impact of online marketing activities and overall online marketing ROI
- Own return on Investment for all online marketing initiatives
- Drive traffic and offtake growth on all devices (app, mobile site and desktop)
CROSS FUNCTIONAL & CROSS-COE COLLABORATION:
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence within the function
- Work with Analytics & BI to leverage data and drive higher ROIs
- Work with Digital Capabilities COE to create new assets and enhance current asset outputs
The role reports to National Lead Digital Business B2B & Cards
REQUIREMENT:
- 8-10 years marketing experience with the last 4 years in a senior digital marketing position in a high growth company. 6 years+ ecommerce experience is a must
- Post graduate in business management or a specialization in digital marketing
- Strong bias for E-commerce experience
- Exposure to P&L management is a significant plus
- Need experience in E commerce companies is desired or the digital department of the company.
NOTE:
The client works 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday
The client is located in Pune
Experience - 8 - 13 Years
Annual Salary - 3500000-4000000 INR
