Location : Gurgaon Shift Timings : 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Your future employer : A global Business Process Management (BPM) leader. Responsibilities : 1. Ensuring that all the trainings are conducted as per the plan. 2. Supporting trainers in conducting the training. 3. Preparing and maintaining various process/training related documents in English. 4. Maintaining the database for all the trainings conducted over the last 2-3 years. 5. Providing relevant data, adhering to the requirements of supervisors. 6. Creating contents of the process as per the training and process requirements. Requirements : 1. Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Training domain. 2. Experience of related vertical is preferred (Digital Marketing, Outbound sales, Google Ads).
