Qualification : MBA grad
Prior experience in L & D & Talent Management 5 -7 years
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
From an org perspective
- Lead the L & D from a digital perspective
- Design Learning interventions based on business strategy and talent needs
- Integrate talent interventions with L&D
For Gm and above :
- Responsible for devising and implementing succession plan
- IDP generation and execution
- Other talent interventions
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
As mentioned above - there are no tertiary or secondary responsibilities - all will be primary responsibilities
