Looking for Dy. Manager to head Talent Management & Campus for World no. 1 Fortune 500 consumer durable Multinational (Preffered Batch 2012)
- Support in developing the talent strategy for the organization based on organizational capability requirements to align with the business strategy.
- Help in evaluating the outcome of talent management systems, programs, processes, policies and continually refine them to align with the demands of the business and to ensure consistency and fairness to all employees.
- Monitor all talent management initiatives for consistency and fairness to all employees
- Support development and refinement of the competency framework (behavioral and functional) across functions
- Facilitate analysis of internal and external demographic trends, identify competency gaps, develop, and execute plans to address identified issues appropriately
- Develop linkages for succession planning, development and business objectives
- Identifying critical positions and ensuring succession planning for each of the identified critical positions
- Facilitate segmenting the talent pool into investment category and managing investment in each category through appropriate actions
- Support in designing and implementing career paths, development and retention actions for key players. This will ensure that we leverage talent as key lever to achieve our global objectives and focus being on development process of identified succession candidates.

- Responsible for engagement and retention of all Campus hires via designing effective career paths, interventions to manage gaps in their development journey
- Handholding the Young Leaders (Campus Hires) through one on one discussions and other relevant framework throughout their traineeship
- Independent stakeholder management with all internal and external customers to build on the strong brand of Young Leaders Program
- Mapping out and creating internal sponsors for Young Leaders post completion of their traineeship
