We are looking out for candidates with a minimum 5 Years of experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employer Branding, etc.
Experience in COE will be an advantage.
Should be MBA passed out.
Talent Management
- Analysis of data of the entire employee base(2000+) to identify various proposals to be considered for eligibility criteria
for the new batch and creation of minimum 2 proposals
- Updation of the entire database of every employee undergoing selection with parameters of Age, Tenure, BHR,
- Location, Assessment Mapping, Cognitive Score, HODs, Grade, 3 years Performance Rating, Previous talent types, etc as the master database.
Succession Planning
- Backend readiness of materials and documents required for the conduct of Repertory Grid Interviews
- Creation of success profile in conversation with Role holder.
Employer Branding
- Internal
- External
- Well versed with MS Office [Excel formulae, PPT]
- Eye for Details [ to make analysis and dashboards]
- Basic understanding[spell check] of COE processes and practices
- Command over communication [ confident to communicate with Senior stakeholders, clarity in thought while communicating
