Responsibilities:
- Run key leadership and professional development programs
- Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to execute end-to-end learning interventions
- Design, execute, and operationalize customized training programs throughout the year as per function requirements.
- Monthly adherence and monitoring of training budget optimization
- Ensure world-class practitioner experience through seamless delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI
