HB Deputy Manager - T.A/ L and D - Manufacturing Industry
Responsible for all Talent Acquisition need :
- Recruitment strategies: Describe how you develop and implement strategies to attract top talent
- Onboarding: Ensure that the company hires the right person for each role and that they have a smooth onboarding process
- Communication: Highlight your communication skills, both verbal and written
- Recruitment metrics: Demonstrate how you analyze recruitment metrics to improve the process
Responsible for all L&D needs :
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings as aligned with the required vendors
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts .
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA HR - Full Time
- From any fmcg / consumer durable / process / manufacturing / pharma industry
- Should have a mix experience of TA and L&D.
- Candidates from only mumbai preferred.
