Deputy Manager - Supply Chain & Operations Planning

Job Description:

1. Support Supply Chain Operations & Design COE by building required data, analytics, and planning framework.

2. Help build and maintain various scheduling and planning tools to support global supply and manufacturing operations.

3. Collaborate with Advance Analytics & Data Science team on developing SC Modeling Database

4. Build an optimization framework to enable and support decision making.

5. Build and democratize the operations planning and execution capability across the planning organization.

Standard Operating Process (SOP) Setup and Process Improvement

1. Constantly search and seek out improvement of processes and practices that eliminates non-value-added activity and incorporates relevant best practices.

2. Audit effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives.

3. Help in building automations and standardization to imbibe process improvement.

Work effectively with all the concerned and functions.

1. Develop, Maintain, and enhance relations with the stakeholders. Understand all stakeholder/internal customer requirements.

2. Forecast growth opportunities, prepare roadmaps, and build capabilities for future readiness.

Create and run the function with Metrics.

1. Create and publish Metrics that are key for the function.

2. Build a process to ensure regular and timely reporting of these metrices
