Job Description:
- Appointing and Managing Distributors: Improve relationships with existing distributors, retailers and wholesalers by ensuring timely claim management, providing them the right products and services of the company, and considering their issues and resolving them on time.
- Give rates to distributors and take bookings from them.
- Also, monitor the pending contracts and pending claims for future billing.
- Identify gaps in the current & required number of distributors, Screen and shortlist the potential distributors to fill this gap.
- Ensure Target Achievement: Cascade the target given by the Manager to the team and ensure that the target is achieved for his region.
- Decide the weekly targets and ensure its achievement.
- Take stock of their daily sales and ask reasons for gaps if any.
- Inventory Management: Physically monitor the closing stock of the distributor weekly and check the availability of stock in the market from Customer Representatives.
- Handling Trade Schemes: Convey the new schemes started by the company to the team and distributors and ensure effective implementation of these schemes in the market.
- Keeping track on competitor activity: To track competitors product at the distributor's point and keep an eye on the offers and schemes of the competitors.
- Data Management and Reporting: Keep a record of the given and the achieved targets.
- Keep a track on Weekly Target Achievement.
- Analyze the monthly sales and present it to the Manager.
