Responsibility :
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
- Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent retention to minimize turnover and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
- Implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Retention of Front-Line Sales FLS & key resources.
- Builds a strong business relationship with the field.
- Employee life cycle management for the sales population
- Ensure a seamless and efficient experience for employees at all stages of their tenure.
