- Designing HR dashboards with data analysis and taking corrective actions.
- Evaluating and redesigning associate onboarding & hiring strategy from time to time.
- Implementing succession plans and promotion paths for associates in regional and zonal profiles.
- Managing strategic processes like Employee retention, Culture Building, R&R, Employee Connects, Change Management, Learning Initiatives & Talent Acquisition.
- Responsible for human capital management activities like performance management, associate confirmation & appraisals, exit management, and job rotation.
- Managing employee's data for the sales function.
