Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Prospect for and identify new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements.

- Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our freight forwarding services.

- Negotiate and close deals to secure new accounts and contribute significantly to sales growth.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Collaborate with the RSM to develop a data-driven sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.

- Set clear and achievable sales targets for your assigned territory and develop action plans to achieve them.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including proposals, quotes, and client interactions.

Client Management & Onboarding:

- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts.

- Effectively manage client expectations and ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.

- Work closely with the Pricing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales role within the freight forwarding industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, logistics processes, and international trade regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
