Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for power Cable products Business with B2B/B2G, Enterprise Business Development, Team Management, Budgetary Planning, Budgetary Achievement, Strategic Planning for B2B, B2G, Enterprises Business Development, Handling KEY Accounts, Govt. Institutions, Tender Business, MEP Infra, Trunkey Projects, Office & IT Commercial, Industries, Hotel & Hospitality Segments. Targeted relevant Customers Projects, EPC, INFRA, BUILDCON, All GOVT. INST. - Railway / CPWD / PWD / MES / RBI / BARC / AAI / All PSU's for their Govt. Infra, MEP, EPC Projects, Govt. Tender Buisness Development, GeM Tender Sales, Relationships building, Project business development etc.
- Driving the entire gamut of Electricals & Lighting business through Dealers and assist them in driving the business.
- Gathering necessary approvals to get the product portfolio enlisted in tenders for government projects undertaken by various departments such as PWD, CPWD, Nagar Nigam, City Development Authority, MANDI BOARD.
- Researching and identifying new market opportunities, supporting in new business proposals and adhering to company guidelines for acquisition of customers.
- Administering techno-commercial operations involving enquiry generation & analysis, offer submission, negotiation and post order monitoring of the orders.
- Interacting with key stakeholders including builders, Contractors, consultants, and Concern person in Govt. Departments and communicating them about the Cable products and offers and thereby increasing demand & market share.
- Ensuring timely delivery of stocks at Dealer and maintaining a minimum inventory to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Fetching approvals for government projects and enlisting the product portfolio in tenders for government projects undertaken by various departments.
- Ensuring good relationship with the Contractors and concern Government employees with regular visit.
