1. Lead Generation:

- Running campaigns - Targeted or cold campaigns

- Leveraging and building network

- Working with / independently with marketing team - Such as attending events, event follow-ups up, working on databases, working on existing relationships etc.

- Introductory calls and relationship building

- Assist practices in setting up meetings and calls with suspects existing clients and other connects

2. Operational Sales:

- Pitch preparation

- Proposal / deck preparation

- Sales meeting / call

- Negotiation

- Deal closure

- Finalizing of legal contracts

- Multiplier / relationship management

- Key accounts management

- Support in group level client mining

3. Reporting and Sales governance

- Leads / Pipeline reporting

- MIS reporting - M&S

- Fortnightly pipeline calls

- Monthly calls and reporting

- Support in preparation of annual and 5-year plans

- Other reporting

- Data requests from practices

4. Administration and Planning:

- Planning as per overall goals and strategize to achieve the set goals

- CRM management (Pipedrive)

- Team management - Planning and execution

- Reviewing sales kit and other marketing materials. To work with marketing team to keep up the decks, pitches, profiles, etc. ready and up to the mark at all times
