Job Description :
- The Retail Trade Marketing Manager would be responsible for planning and executing retail activation in shopping environment to engage target audience and drive walk-ins.

Description :
RETAIL MARKETING:
- Partner with subsidiaries to determine the retail objectives, initiatives and Campaigns.
- Plan and execute retail actuation's in shopping environment to engage target audience and drive walk-ins.
- Ensure world class in-store campaign executions (retail stores) as per the global plan.
- Execute activation plans and detailed budgets for the country.
- Ensure all Store opening programs are planned, shared, and executed in a timely manner.
- Develop and drive promotion plans in-store and in shopping environment to drive conversion.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are aligned for all retail communication.
- Align with HQ to establish best practices and expertise sharing.
- Work with activation agencies to develop result-oriented strategies and programs that increase consumer preference for the brand.
- Supervise external agencies on category initiatives, setting measurable objectives for new idea generation, media coverage and agency budgets
TRADE MARKETING :
- Develop communication materials for trade partners that enhance brand recognition and consumer preference in multi brand environment.
- Responsible for Trade events (Trade Shows) for channel partners every season highlighting product.
- Collections and marketing campaigns in an efficient manner.
- Work with the relevant stakeholders in delivering globally aligned trade marketing strategies regionally.
- Create activation plan to significantly improve the Brand and Business KPIs
- Ensure all brand marketing tactics live up to brand standards and expectations meet KPIs and are on-budget/on time and P/L follow up
Profile :
- 6 years of work experience in sports good industry
- PG in marketing
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Creative thinking
- Cross functional liaison, communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth expertise of cost-efficient activation and implementation across all relevant channels
- Well-rounded marketing experience essentials across brand, digital, product and communications will be helpful
- Strong passion for Sports. Working in an MNC would be strongly preferred
