Deputy Manager - R&D - Paints

Key Functions:

- Paint development as per customer specification.

- Problem solving at customer and paint manufacturing area.

- Formulation cost Reduction, RM Rationalization, New RM Analysis, and introduction.

- Closely work with customer representative and plant to ensure sustenance of smooth running of products on line.

Role Appealing:

- Opportunity to travel and visit customer for introducing new products/ resolving issues.

- Development of analytical aptitude with acceptable communication skill.

Key Qualifications & Technical Skills:

- Bachelor degree in Chemistry/ Paint technology / Polymer technology or Diploma in paint technology.

- In-depth knowledge of Paint development and product approval process for local and global customers and familiar with paint application technique

- Should know trouble shooting tools to resolve customer and manufacturing issues.
