We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager Purchase Efficiency, Commercial and Taxation with the topmost fortune 100 MNC in the Packaged Consumer Goods. The position is to be based at Mumbai.

Job Profile:

1. This role is responsible for creating opportunities for process and cost efficiencies in short and long-term as per the business requirement and forecast.

The incumbent is expected to work on reducing business waste and streamline processes.

Establish appropriate SLA's between suppliers and internal stakeholders in order to maintain product supply within the organisation.

Driving/creating processes for driving compliance in end to end business process and SPA for all Audit and statutory requirements.

2. To drive/ provide support in process improvement and documentation, as well as data collation across a number of systems to key stakeholders ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data.

3. Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role

Establishing Supplier's KPI and performing periodic review. Delivering SLA agreement in respect to various operation aspects like lead times, Supplier Capacity utilisation, RF discussion and business continuity plans.

The incumbent is expected to establish Alignment with the Suppliers- Aligning all the transportation norms meeting all HSSE norms.

Establish metrics to monitor and report delivery of operating targets and to promote continuous improvement. Streamlining the current processes and driving values to avoid any business waste in the current processes.

Driving the long term closures for quality complaints and rejection through RCA & CAPA.

Optimising purchasing patterns to deliver cash targets. Reviewing business Requirement in respect to Material Requirement, Storage & Transportation in short term and long term basis.

Develop systematic ways of working with GBS, Purchasing Network in A&P, all external suppliers & with the Manufacturing teams.

Managing all ERP changes through MDM Coordination

Documentation and creating process to seamless retrieval of documents for various audit purposes.

Completion of various internal and external audits, ITCF and IFC, Legatrix compliances. Developing reports to support tax and Legal functions.

Developing and implementing all the changes required to comply all statutory requirement.

4. Experience & Expertise (mandatory & desired)

Education and qualifications:

- Degree qualified - Finance

- Formal supply chain qualification - degree or diploma would be highly regarded

Essential skills, knowledge and experience (nature):

- Minimum 3 years in business in Supply Chain Management and Commercials

- Experience in Supply Operation with an exposure to business compliance and Taxation.

- Strong customer service focus.

- Good communication skills

Desired skills, knowledge and experience (nature):

- Ability to work within a team environment both in country and in overseas suppliers

- Confident, able to communicate clearly and escalate issues

- High degree of resilience

- Commercial Acumen

Job Location: Mumbai

Salary: Around Rs. 14.0 to 18.0 Lpa
