Looking PMS/OD expert for Automobile OEM

We are having following position.

Job location : Delhi NCR

Designation :Dy. Manager

Team : 3 Reportee

Education : 60 % is mandatory in overall academic (10th, 12th, UG & MBA)

- Is able to review PMS and ensure effective implementation of the same.

- Is able to get salary survey conducted and promote appraisals and promotion task from Co. view point.

- Is able to review the salary structure and system of the company

- Can design and implement climate surveys. (eg. Employee Engagement Survey)

- Is able to conduct audits as well as review audit procedures.

- Is able to ensure compliance to audit standards and systems.
