Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and introduce a new, systematic reporting approach which provides company leaders with a set of meaningful workforce insights on a timely, consistent basis

- Analyzes production, Headcount distribution, employee/other cost along with other aspects of human resources from business success and talent risk mitigation aspect to formulate and develop advanced and predictive analytics all employees across locations.

- Provide clear, concise, fact-based findings/insights to business partners using data, graphics and effective discussion

- Collaborate with cross-functional and HR business partners across the organization to ensure that our analytics and reporting are aligned with company priorities, support everyday business needs and facilitate informed decision making

- Identify meaningful metrics for the HR elements in our strategic initiatives and develop measurement methodologies that provide company leaders with insights and perspective

- Develop recommendations for the HR leadership team regarding reporting strategy; including metrics, analytics, frequencies and data governance practices

- Support special projects and prepare ad hoc reports upon request from key stakeholders and company leaders

- Serve as a liaison with business partners across the organization as it relates to HR metrics, analytics and reporting

- Possesses full technical knowledge and considers the HR Analytics implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment

- Setting up processes for HR data recording, reporting

- HR Data Governance, for different business groups and employee roles

- Working with HR leaders, and HR CoE heads to understand priorities, key performance metrics, across different areas of employee lifecycle.

- Ensure that HR function is focusing on the right areas as per the priorities of the business, and track the same.
