Deputy Manager - Plant HR - Engineering Firm

We have urgent opening in one of our Engineering MNC company,based at Hyderabad

Looking for Dy.Manager- Plant HR ( Male/ Female)

Age limit: 32-40 years.

Qualification: Any degree with MHRM or Diploma in IPRM with 10-12 years experience in Statutory compliance and Plant HR, Plant IR compliance of workers, staff and other agencies employees as per appropriate government and Labour Laws.

- Liaising with Govt. & local authorities for maintaining harmonious relationship for smooth operations

- Facilitate for exit interview and full & final of employees.

- Submitting the periodical statutory returns to labour department and giving compliance with the ESIC, EPF, CLRA, MW & BOCW, BONUS labour enactments

- Maintain employee relations at site, providing necessary admin support to staff

- UNION MANAGEMENT & LONG TERM WAGE SETTLEMENTS : Day to day grievances resolution by having continuous dialogue with union, closing of ER concerns at shop floor and ensure no loss of production

- Responsible for bonus negotiations.
