- Facebook blueprint ( Digital Marketing Associate, Media Planning professional)
- Hubspot In-bound Marketing
- Linkedin Marketing Certification
- Adobe Digital Marketing accreditation
- Certified Information System security professional (Cyber Security)
- Conversion Optimisation certification
- Mobile Marketing Association certification
- SEO certification
Experience: 5-7years in Digital Marketing alone
Organisation/ Industry background:
- Preferred - BFSI, Auto, Startups. Can also look at exceptional agency folks who have worked closely with top clients in these sectors.
- Should have worked in environments where both process orientation and subject depth as well as "hustle" are important.
- Should have worked in places having tight deadlines and a need to be agile.
Personality: Should have a growth mindset, be resilient.
Key Responsibility:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies.
- Campaign planning and execution.
- Conversion rate optimisation (including re-engage strategies) and new user acquisition.
- Retention strategy and customer life-cycle management.
- Data analysis and insights, review and reporting.
- Market research and competitive analysis.
- Forecasting and goal setting
- Technology and tool management and new tool / technology induction.
- Agency and partner management
- Work with stakeholders - both internal (Brand, Marketing & Sales teams) and external stakeholders (Agencies and Partners)
- Marketing and Sales Cloud management
