Deputy Manager - Payroll
Job Description :
Primary :
- Known for professionalism, organizational skills, and delivering accurate results on time.
- Proficient in managing payroll for employees.
- Lead Payroll team.
- Team management Review work of team members.
- Training existing/ new employees.
- Resource and work allocation.
- Overall planning and monitoring & Reporting.
- In Excel (CTC Record, Variance Analysis etc).
- Develop and monitor Key Matrices for Payroll process, Client liaison, Process improvement.
- Develop, update, and enforce payroll and labor law compliance policies and procedures, keeping them aligned with changing regulations and industry best practices.
- Knowledge on eTDS filing, Form 16 generation, TRACES.
- Managing PF transfers and claims - assisting employees on PF related issues.
- Preparation of all applicable Labor Law reports and registers.
- Labor Law Returns generation & submission within prescribed timelines.
Secondary :
- Basic knowledge about MS Office-especially Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Email usage-preferably MS Outlook.
- Team management and allocation of routine work.
- Client management.
