Major responsibilities & deliverables:

- Should have done at least 2 end to end implementations and understand the implementation lifecycle

- Should have work with Global implementation/ Rollouts.

- Should have clear understanding of various deliverables of Implementation project.

- Hands on with Oracle R12 Core HR and Payroll and 2 out of the listed modules SSHR, Talent management, Learning management, I Recruitment

- Knowledge of 11i or Oracle Fusion HCM products will be added advantage

- Implementation of Oracle Payroll in any country is mandatory.

Others :

- Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines

- Has led cross functional team of consultants

- Ability to maintain cordial client relationship

- Good Communication and presentation skills

Education :

- B.E./ B.Tech / MBA
