Scope of the role:
Accountable for Zone MIS Sales.
Detailed Responsibility:
1. Ensuring effective Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reporting.
2. Provide sharp, timely analysis to Sales team for effective decisions.
3. Preparing effective Forecasting, & Budget / Target at Depot / Zone / State / Party level.
4. Scrutinize Incentive calculation sheet and ensure on-time payout.
5. Coordinate with Finance team for Debtors, appropriate Collection plan based on market scenario.
6. Price gap analysis based on the proposed price given by Sales team.
7. Monitoring
Local market spends Proposal & Variance analysis.
