Position Overview:
- The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing daily marketing activities, ensuring seamless coordination across various departments, including compliance, vendors, and the sales team.
- This role is crucial in maintaining brand consistency, managing event logistics, and supporting overall marketing efforts through detailed checklists and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Marketing Activities:
- Execute and monitor daily marketing tasks
- Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
2. Compliance Coordination:
- Liaise with the compliance team to obtain necessary approvals for marketing content and activities.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
3. Vendor Coordination:
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, designers, and promotional product suppliers.
- Oversee the production and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring quality and timeliness.
4. Sales Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Provide the sales team with necessary marketing collateral and support for client presentations and proposals.
5. Branding and Event Management:
- Assist in planning and executing branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
6. Checklist and Detailing:
- Develop and maintain detailed checklists for marketing activities to ensure thorough execution.
- Track progress on marketing projects and report on performance metrics.
Experience: Experience in AMC industry.
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Skills/Other Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Presentation and good PPT skill
