Deputy Manager


What does the role entail?

- Drive integrated marketing strategies for MPS offerings, including ParkZeus and Digital Tech Stack, across digital, print, and BTL channels.

- Lead content marketing, paid media (SEM, SEO, social media), website management, and data-driven campaign performance analysis.

- Execute marketing-led and product led growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and creating high-impact creative assets across platforms.

- Collaborate with agency partners and leverage marketing tools to deliver optimized campaigns, monitor KPIs, and analyze performance.

- Track competitive activities, industry trends, and category insights to inform strategies and deliver actionable reports.

Supporting competencies for the role:

- At least 5-6 years of work experience in B2B SaaS companies

- Excellent ability to develop and execute against strategic integrated multichannel marketing plans

- High Analytical skills to measure the ROI of campaigns

- High proficiency in the MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Advanced skill-set for creating presentations, gathering requirements, writing Marketing Briefs, marketing content and reports

- Self-motivated, multi-tasker and willing to be flexible in work schedule and hours due to global interactions.

- Ability to think strategically, analyse problems and opportunities, and systematically approach them to find solutions or make improvements.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with cross functional teams

- Worked in a startup environment and is flexible to move into roles within Marketing function

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA in Marketing / Communication / Branding field

- 5-6 years of Work Experience in Marketing in Digital B2B SaaS industry
