1. JOB PURPOSE :
- Preparation and participation for career committees.
- Acts as a single point of contact for the COE
- Drive Talent identification process along with HRBPS
- Support functions to create a career development plan & Individual development plan for Talents.
- Support functions in identifying successors for key positions
- Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives
- Publish function wise dashboard at regular interval to HRBPS
- Organize interview for talents as part of validation
- Drive Promotion program
- Drive Mobility program along with HRBPS
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES :
a. Calendar - Preparation of Talent Calendar for the financial year
b. Talent Identification - Collaborate with the Function to identify HPP
- To follow up with HR BP for EHPP nomination
- Collection of Career History from Talents
- Organize a X- Interview for Validation
- Preparation of Career Committees deck
- Organize Entity Career Committees for Approval & Validation and circulate MOM.
- Cascading the EHPP assessment result to Function
c. Development Program - Collection of development need in CDP
- Organize training plan based on development need
- Ensuring managers are informed regarding the training
- Ensuring attendance of talents
d. Career Development Plan - Participate in meeting with functional heads along with HR BP to discuss the career development plan
- To ensure the talent rotation
- Updation of CDP in T@A tool
e. Succession Planning - Participate in meeting with functional heads along with HR BP to discuss Succession planning
- Ensure 3 ideal successors are mapped
- Ensure key position rotation plan
- Updation of SP in T@A tool
- Ensure CDP are created for successors identified
