Salary Range: 8 - 11 LPA
- Heading the Talent Acquisition Pan India
- Responsible for developing Talent Acquisition Strategy, analyzing recruitment needs, design and implement recruitment solutions.
- Drive the manpower planning exercise and revisit it regularly.
Coordinate with respective Functional and Business heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes.
- Consistently implement disciplined recruitment processes and procedures.
- Ensure all new hiring requisition receive formal approval as required, position descriptions are accurate, positions properly graded by compensation.
- Provide oversight and leadership to Talent Acquisition team to ensure they are properly aligned to support organization wide recruitment initiatives and programs.
- Initiate coaching and provides support to subordinates on staffing issues; establish standardized recruitment processes to be used across the team to ensure consistency in assessment of candidates; provide development opportunities to Talent Acquisition team for exposure to special projects and cross training.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
