Qualification : Any Graduate with MBA from a good university
The Job Details include:
1. Managing the Recruitment Portfolio
2, Liasoning with Recruitment Partners
3. Maintaining position wise tracker for different source
4. Shortlisting the candidates
5. Conducting HR interview
6. Coordinating with concerned department for Technical interviews
7. Issuing Offers
8. Managing joining formalities and Induction
9. Managing Employee Engagement programs for retention of employees
The candidate should have fire in belly to support the growing recruitment and retention demand of the organization.
